Calendering machine
Rubber calendar machines are used to shape rubber for making various products like automobile tires, footwear rubber sheets and PVC floor tiles etc. Calender machines can vary in size according to the product being manufactured and the output involved. Their size range from small laboratory unit up to the largest production machines. These machines have one or more (often three to four) rolls, through which the rubber sheets are forced. The rolls of calender machines are arranged in different positions like vertical and inclined to meet different purposes. Rubber calendar machines ensure uniform coating of rubber products and also uniform thickness of rubber sheets, they also help to ensure higher productivity and better processing of rubber.
Functions of Rubber Calendar Machine:Rubber calendar machines are basically used to skim coat, friction and sheet rubber products.
