PET Bottle Flakes Washing Recycling line is composed of garbage separation, bottle & flake crushing, cold & hot washing, flake dewatering & drying, dust & label removal, packing, ect.
The line is suitable to treat the contaminants contained in the PET bottles, which includes PP/PE labels, PVC labels, paper labels, HDPE cups, glue, mud and oil. The material from this equipment can be but into the granulating machine directly.
We can supply productin line with capacity from 500 kg/h to 2000kg/h. We design different line according to the requirements of customers and provide turn-key project.
