1. PP, PE Production Line adopts the European advanced technical of plastic machine, after our many years efforts, the whole line have get an ideal pelleting effect.
2. The production line is mainly comprised of following machine: force feed system, single-screw extruder, hydraulic net change device, water cooling pelleter, vibration sieve, centrifuge, storage hopper, control panel etc.
3. The production line adopts different filling methods according to difform materials; screw configuration will be designed by different nature materials.
4. Advantage: the production line is able to remove the dross better by one or many net changing; water cooling pelleter greatly promote the appearance of particulate; air conveying drying system reduce the moisture content of the final particulate greatly.
5. Output: 100-500kg/h.
